A usually very nice woman calls us yesterday who has been our client for a while, states that she needs a refill. Unfortunately, it is too soon for her insurance to cover it, she just got it 2 weeks prior and it was supposed to last her the entire month.
We read her the directions the doctor personally called in and confimed twice:
take 1/4 to 1/2 tablet by mouth daily. She states she's been taking 1/4 tablet by mouth and is out of medication when we just gave her 15 tablets that is supposed to last her at least a month. She then states with an attitude, "So, when I see 1/2 a tablet, I'm supposed to split the pill in half? I'm not dumb, I swear." Anyways, she's still mad at us because she can't follow directions.
